Help: "No data to display because your user account is not configured with active associations"
Problem: User logs in but cannot access any data or resources.
There is a banner stating, "No data to display because your user account is not configured with active associations. Contact your administrator to update your account."
This message appear if the user's account:
- has only View Child Name but is not associated with any active groups, or
- has no permissions set at all
The LENA account administrator will need to link the View Child Name user to an active group and/or add permissions to the user's account.
