Reset a LENA device
Resetting may resolve certain problems, eliminating the need to return the device for repair.
Resetting does not affect the contents. Any recording already on the device will not be deleted.
Make sure there is some charge in the unit.
Simultaneously press the Power and REC buttons. Hold for about 10 seconds.
The screen will go blank, or may briefly read "Resetting" and then go blank, indicating that the device has successfully reset and powered off.
Wait a few seconds and then press the power button to turn on the device.
