Warranty device replacement

Please provide the following information:

  1. Your name.
  2. Your organization.
  3. The recorder serial number (from the silver sticker on the back, with a bar code).
  4. A description of what is happening, including any error code shown.
  5. Confirmation that you have attempted the recommended course of action, if any.
  6. Your email address (if you are leaving a voicemail message).
  7. Physical mailing address where we would ship the replacement - no PO Boxes.
  8. Phone number assocaated with the shipping address.

2. If your device is eligible for replacement, we will email you a Warranty Replacement Form and instructions.

Follow the instructions to pack and send the device to LENA for replacement.  LENA Support will keep you posted on the status of your replacement.
